Worst kind of customer service

IFB has most irresponsible people at customer service, they will not respond properly, most of the times they will just hang up on cistomers.

an employee named Mohammed from hyderabad service center came to repair the machine but left the machine in unstable state, I have tried to reach him on his mobile continously for 2 days but doesnt even bother to recieve the phone call.

am totally frustated with the kind of service they provide.
