I have logged a complaint regarding the water leakage in my IFB - Washing machine on 10.04.2010.Initially I called to IFB customer care no:044 - 39004321 and they had given me the complaint number:4370471.I was told that the service person will attend the complaint within 24 hours. I waited until 11.04.2010 and again I called Customer care. This time they replied as 11.04.2010 is Sunday, service person will come on Monday ie 12.04.2010.Again I called on Monday, they replied that the person will come anytime and just cut off the call before my reply. After that till now I had called more than 20 times and every time they give a new number and ask me to call that number. Like this I had called for more than 8 numbers each 2 -3 times. I had called 044 - 32979132, 044 - 24865661, 044 -43519315, 9841738100, 9710444473.Really this people never care about customers. IFB service is the worst ever service response I had seen all this years. I really suggest others not to buy IFB products. I will never fall again in IFB product in my life.
