I have purchased serena washing machine in July. In July the machine stop working. IFB service engg. told about replacement of motor and chip. But in last 15 days i am following with IFB but they are saying that motor is not available and now not responding to my call? What the hell IFB is saying they don't have motor? Is it possible?
