IFB / Washing Machine
Not attended to the complaint

My washing machine is constantly in need of service and therefore I have always had an AMC.

I regestered a complaint on 18th August Complaint no.4958208 but the Machine is not yet set right a service mechanic came on 20th and promised to return with the required part the next day. but nothing has happened till today.

When I call the Call center they have their staple replies, but never have a supervisor with whom I can speak. When I insist on an IFB officials contact, they give different names at different times. The only consistant thing is that they give telephone nos which either do not work or keep ringing or remain switched off throughout the day.

The Management of IFB either does not exist or are unable to handle the problems eminating from poor quality products being dumped in the market to gulible customers.
