IFB / Washing Machine
Worst After sales Service

We have purchased Washing Machine of IFB from Croma, Goregaon about a year back. The machine is covered with 3 year warranty. Since last 3 months we have faced problems in working.

The first complaint was attended by IFB after severe follow up of more than a month. Now again machine has malfunctioned and stopped since one month. My complaint no is 4923012 with IFB. Their Malad service center (Tel 28839823) is totally irresponsible. They never give true picture.

Please let me know if you can help us in getting this problem solved. Ideally I would like to go to consumer court and Media to show true face of IFB and demand to take machine back and give us full refund.

I pray that nobody buys IFB products so that they are saved from worst attitude and worst aftersales of IFB
