IFB WASHING MACHINE
Complaint not being attended

I have IFB washing machine and it is under AMC. I lodged a complaint no. 5064279 on 4th Sep. 2010 but no body is attending the same though I call their customer care helpline daily. They ahve given number of owner of service center (Mr. Rajat Jain 9810063883) but no body is picking. I do not waht to do with their attitude.

This was case in past also as you ahve follow for days to get the complaint attended.

Can somebody help in getting them hear to customers
