Airtel poor network

I am a resident of sector-18, Nerul; my number is 9892061982 an Airtel user and my network got disrupted from 5th November and till date it’s not sorted out. I made complain in the helpline, on 7th November and since then been following up and every time the deadline changes. Initially they said it will be restored within 2 working days and then it changed to 5 working days and then till 25th November. But ironally nothing has been done regarding the same and as my problem still persists. I have got my mobile checked with the service center and also using other sim cards its working perfectly fine but just my sim is not getting range at my residence, initially this was never the problem.. I have been with Airtel for the last 4 years and am facing it just this month..
After 25th November when I called up the help line and they gave me a new deadline till 7th November, and after two days rcvd a call from Airtel asking if the problem has been sorted. I could only hear Airtel agent’s voice clearly. Other networks were poor.
After that have been calling up the customer care and the option to speak to the agent has been omitted and some new sms system has come up. Now am left in lurch as to who to contact and get it sorted out.
