Faulty Board not replaced after 3 weeks

My IFB fully automatic washing machine is only 4 months old. It's electrionic board become faulty and informed to service personnel. After 4days of complaint registration service person came and take away the board for repair and informed it will be back within one week. It was not returned after 3 weeks. I have contacted the service personnel by telephone and they simply said it was not repaired and also said that when repair will complete it will be replaced. Answer was not clear and they are not saying when will it be replaced. If customer service is their motto, they will not say so.
