I made a mistake of buying an IFB washing machine... i have paid for AMC... i have booked complaint on 21-10... they have given a false assurance that it will be attended in 24 hrs... nothing has happened after 3 days inspite of my repeated calls... now neither the company nor the hyderabad branch people are not even taking calls... i feel this is because they dont get any extra money because it is in AMC...
