IFB WASHING MACHINE
Repair not done completely by DIGITEC SERVICE-bangalore

My washing machine was not spin drying.the water towards the end was not pumping out completely.the spin control was not changing from 1000 to 700 .

We called DIGITEC SERVICE, and they sent a guy on 30th April.he examined the interior and changed some magnetic motor and charged us rs.800.at that time the spin worked.

After he left, I loaded the machine with clothes.now in the end process, with the clothes inside, it was not spin drying again.

So we called them back and told them.

They have not bothered to come and rectify the problem.intact after the technicians visit, the machine is making a scraping sound when the steel drum changes turns, while functioning.

In request you to look intonthebproblem. DIGITEC SERVICE, on calling just say yes we r sending person today and no one comes.this has happened 5 times now.
