Sir,
the following messages are already sent to IFB customer care, but not yet serviced our product, being my old parents unable to survive this situation, but the company does not realize the real problem, what to do next? i have been waiting for the service more than 20 days after i posted the complaint.

Even after so many times keep on sending the mail for IFB washing machine service, not yet the problem is solved. the request was initially posted on 2nd may and nearly 20 days, we have been waiting for the service. the reason they said 15 days before was the locker is broken, but it was actually happened 3 months before, and still the machine was functioning. the drum fails to rotate is not first time, so far nearly 4 times the similar problem was happened.
at least the person has to come and attend the fault, simply he came 15 days before and said lock was broken, its not functioning, he was not at all listened what we said.
we sorry to say that we have never get such a poor response and service from any other company home appliances we have been using except your IFB product.
inform the pondicherry service technicians to do the service at the earliest.
please avoid, simply making a phone call and ask the similar problem.

the request regarding IFB washing machine service dated early on 02.05.2011 not yet serviced. Later i have sent the mail dated on 5.05. regarding the same and till not serviced. today 08.05. third time i am requesting regarding the same. please send the service technicians at the earliest, we struggle like any thing from the past 7 days.
