Washing m/c not working

Dear sir, i have given the complaint on 4-08-11 through your customer care, one person came attend the fault but he have not attended, again i gave the complaint that no :6908868, id: 2334297,

again one person visit my house but he is not attended the problem, so again i informed to customer care officer he gave another complaint no:6930141,

my machine under warranty model AW60-8062 S.R.No:100300273, please sir attend my washing machine problem
