AMC not attended

Respected sir,

We are owning a washing machine IFB senorita and it is presently under AMC . At the time of taking AMC 21/11 we were not told clearly that the AMC will be activated only after 45 days. If it is so why do you collect the charges for 24 month amc It is only a 22 month if the parts are replaced after 60 days. So you can say to the customer that your complaint will be attended only after 45 daysMy customer id is 1950998 the complaint number is 7659970, 7821542.

It is really a horrible job to call the service engineers and they have brought the replaceble parts since our amc is ano valid that is 45 days are not over he has not repaired the same. It is better to say that we are not having the validity at the time of calling the customer care and why to waste the time??
