IFB WASHING MACHINE
Machine not repaired in spite of complaints

We bought an IFB washing machine just in Sept and by March it became out of order. We did not have the contact numbers to log in our complaints. We were just passed on from one to another. Finally we got the contact number to lodge complaints. Our complaint number is 8965132 and ID no is 3013723. Two days later a person came, and went back saying he has to refer to the book. It is about two weeks now and all that the company says is there is no spare part and they are helpless and so we have to wait. What sort of company is this, giving such a poor quality of service? Can't you do something about it? Such companies should be taken to court.
