SPARE NOT REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY

I purchase a IFB washing machine on 20/01 from kollam dealer maxel agencies .one of ur service enginneer come and give all the instruction and he diidnt set the ratmesh. Last two months the machine is not working I complaint to ur service centre many times he diidnt respont finally he come and say the machine rub is damaged there no warranty of that one .tommorrow i give a complaint to consumer court about this to compensation
