Defective Washing Machine

I had purchased a Washing Machine (Top Loading) from Dealers in Dhanbad on 27/04.The Machine was defective from the date of purchase and since the date of purchase the mechanic of the IFB repaired it every 7/15 days but the Company has not taken any step inspite of our repeted request to Mechanic to Change it. The Warrany period of the machine is expired on 27/04. The machine is Out of order and required heavy investment. The Company refused to take any step and Company want to change the machine with a tiny discount.
