I bought Elena DX in March from vasanth & Co, chennai.

The machine started to give problem from 20th May. To bring the service person to my house literally i need to make 5-6 call, when first service person came he change some parts and said machine will work, likewise IFB service persons came 6-8 visit in one month span (after 50 -60 phone calls totally in that month) still they could not completely solve the problem. Every time it is like hell to contact the IFB service person for the service.

One of the service person gave some IFB cleaning powder for cleaning the machine, after using that my drum color totally changed.

For the one month without washing machine my wife suffered a lot.

Service is very poor. Hereafter in my life i won't buy any IFB products.

Please don't buy the IFB washing machine and get yourself in to hell.
