IFB Washing machine - Elene DX
Service Center not attending complaint

I have purchased IFB Elene DX washing machine 1.5 year back. Since couple of month I am facing issue regarding noise in appliance during working.

So I have register a complaint to rectify the issue one and half monthj back (Permanent code - 2843501 & Ticket Number - 6452199) and 3-4 service engineer visited and without knowing the root cause they have replaced the 3-4 mail parts with older one and make the condition even worst. Now machine is not working at all and they have made so much scratches which gives feeling of 10 year old machine.

I have escalated this issue to Sr. Manger Mr. Bhatnagar (Mob No. - 9910202302) but not getting any response and now going to register a consumer forum report.
