Poor response from IFB

We had purchased an IFB washing machine ELITE-VX 7kg from RHYTHM HOUSE, sector-18, noida. From day one the clothes became rough and hard after washing in it. I has logged a number of complaints (recent complaint numbers-8516629, 8935018) for the above stated problem, he came twice, checked the machine but was unable to resolve the issue. then he said that he will come next day with his senior technician but till date he has not come.

Need your help to solve the problem.looking forward for your support.
