IFB washing machine (front loading)
Very poor service from IFB

My IFB wshing machine stopped working in Dec. I have made several complaints to their toll free number, service manager, his assitant, ifb manager etc and still the machine is idle (1 march). Two times their service people visited and said they need a spare component and went away leaving the machine in dismantled condition. I am calling them every week only to find a new number and trying... but there is no response. The machine is idle for more than two months and inspite of having an annual maintanence contract (my id 623899), they do not care to service the machine. Pathetic IFB service.
