Hi,
We were been delivered with a defective piece of "IFB ELENA VX" washing machine.
On complaining about this (on 09/05) they carried our machine back to their service centre...(that too after 20-25 days)... and assured us with the replacement... and now its almost 1 month over and they havent yet delivered the new piece.
Their service is very cheap and slow...
