Machine not working

I made a service contract with you on 09/10/09, which expires on 14/11, by paying cash Rs2780 vide receipt no 24655. till date I have not received even a single courtesy call from your side for asking how the machine works. Last month I complained for not working of the machine, your serviceman came but with unsatisfactory result. yesterday also I complained on phone (083239004321) but till now no action is taken.only complain no is given (complain no is 4208756).basically why the complain should come with your advertise saying your Washing machine is ranked as no 1. please improve your service, with one call the attendant should attend the complain, hope the things will improve in future.
