IFB Washing Machine - Poor Customer Service
No repair of under warranty machine over 30 days

IFB has not been able to set my new washing machine right even after one month. No result even after repeated calls to the service center. Have spoken to the service centre (Perfect Cooling Service Centre) and the Area Service Manager every alternate day. 1st Complaint was registered on 30th August.

The machine has not been repaired till Oct 1st. The model number is IFB AW 7233.
