Worst machine & worst service

We had purchased a elite model washing machine, With in 6 months we had a problem. It took 10 / 12 days to solve the problem. After that again after 3/4 months other type of problem occured again it took 10/12 days to fix the problem. I F B products are not of good standard. Above that the service center people they don't even reply the cutomer properly. Failure of washing machine has become a routine like & every time it fails We have suffer for 10/12 days. I strongly urge THINK TWICE before you buy I F B products
