I booked IFB washing machine on date 03 Nov by IFB executive & it got delivered on that day by some dealer. I paid full payment on the same day. IFB technician came on 09 Nov for the demo of the machine but he found it is defective & told me that it will get replaced. From that day onwards IFB experience is hillarious. Their executive name Dipika 09311683935 called me on 11 convincing me that machine will be delivered soon but it never got delivered yet. Later own she even not taking my calls. I called IFB customer care on 14 nov at 01139004321 & he put my complaint promising me solution by 15th but no action taken. On 15th nov i called again on that number. I selected english option & the ecexutive started in HINDI. He talked rudely that this is not their task & gave me another number of Mr Pradeep 09311683929 (same guy i booked machine). Now i called Pradeep finally & from last 4 days i am listening faulty promises of Machine replacement with no action. He promised me delivery on 18th but still i have not got the machine. Now when i called today on 19th nov he telling me that it was in stock yesterday but got delivered to somebody else. I don't know what to do now to get the machine. I have registered a complaint on IFB site also but no feedback yet.
