Service engineer is not attending the problem

On 8th of Sep'10 I have registered one complain of malfuncting of washing m/c via e-mail id sankarnarayandas@bharatpetroleum.in. But after that though customer care was telling everytime that problem will be attended within a day. But now it's 9 days, but nobody has attended the problem.
