Water leakage from bottom side

Water leakage from bottom side. now machine not in running condition. i booked the complaint as on 21.09.2010. i many time call to service centre they not attend the service till 1o days completed.

they give the below numbers they are managers, service responsible persons but they are not pick the phone. maximimum times not reachable. if they are in reachable area they not pick the phone. customercare person give the below numbers.
