MACHINE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I had purchased a washing machine from IFB on 13-02.Since then the machine is not working properly. I also registered complaint (Complaint No. - 7479598) at their customer care but i am not satisfied with there replies. From the last month daily they said that their executive will come but no one came. I hope that they will improve there service in the future and take necessary action.
