11 rs SMS Pack
Pack is not activated and Tat has ove

I have send msg ACTSMS1P on 53739 on 03/dec at approxmately 10:30 am for activation of 11rs sms pack on my no. 9313642543 but i have recive reply msg "Message Retries Over", i have send this msg 5 to 6 time, but response is same then i call in customer care regarding for this but he is not conferming correct answer and transfer this call on senior, now taken by jasvender i am not clear by name. she was told me sir i have taken this request and your SMS pack will acitvate with in 24 hrs but i am not conferming because when i talk in english language she was talking in hindi and i thinks senior executive will not make this type mistake, always executive will switch in customer language (but according company standard ans policy), then i told to her transfer this call to manager, now call reiced by Miss Anjali, she was aasured me that both problem (1. SMS pack, 2. Talking Language) will resolve she was conferm me that your pack absoutly activate in 24 hrs but problem is not resolved, when today on 04/dec at 12:05 am i am talking in C.C. first peak call by Kissan not resolved /transfer to senior, and disconnect call second time recived by Sunny after some time change his name with Bijay sharma, he is same as per first executive.

Now i am sending this complaind and resolved issue and provide good services with your customer care.
