Problem with incoming and out going calls

I am a docomo user from Tadepalligudem, nearEluru, west godavari dist, Andhra Pradesh.

I have a problem with the network. Initially i thought it was phone compliant, but after changing the sim into 3 phones the problem repeats My incoming or outgoing calls last for just few secs (2-5 secs), I even cant hear the voice, but i get msgs and i can send too. Its happening from 3 days and i am losing my patience as from 3 days i am there without communication, when does the network gets rectified?

I have called customer care twice and there was no proper solution!

Hope it gets rectified or tata is going to loose a lot of customers...
