INDUCTION COOKER NOT WORKING

IC21T11B model induction not working & it is with service center last 15 days nothing being done till now. I AM VERY MUCH AFRAID TO LISTEN THAT THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS PRODUCT it was purchase under invoice no.308 dt. 16/01 from M/S Super Electronic, 65-C, punchsheel colony, Garh Road, Meerut Phone 01212762337.Dealer also helpless to give me answer under the circumstances I request to company please replace my appliance with new one because it is not possible to repaire under warranty in near future.
