Not providing Free Services as per the norms

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got AQUAGUARD #TOTAL GOLD NOVA WP SYSTEM installed on 11 Nov customer ID: 1005323158. I have the following complaint, which needs to be addressed at the earliest:-

(a) The AQUAGUARD has not been serviced thrice with in warranty period as was told to us.

(b) As on date, after testing the water TDS is 366, which as per my knowledge is very high that can lead to serious problem for old & young members of the family.

It is brought to your notice that SALES OFFICE: Shop No. 203 & 204 2nd Floor, The Guman II, #A# Block, Jaipur-302021 Telephone No : 0141-5100995/96 are not being attended, even the 24X7 Eurohelpline No 3988 3333, which has been mentioned in the TAX INVOICE seems to have been changed, since it is intimated electronically "PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED".

You are rquested to please solve my problem at the earliest, since it is a matter of consuming water.
