Subject: ImediaG2 mobile defect req for replacement

sir, Exactly a month back (28-09-10) i purchased imediaG2 mobile from Naaptol (orderno 797147), immediatly i noticed defect in it that touchscreen keypad letters not functioning especially letters&digits in margins and i sent this throu feedback (3-10-10) &reqested for replacement with other mobile piece and with assurence that i will pay addl expenses if any but so far there is response from naaptol.but simply gave this address. As the purchased mobile is useless for me.i am sending it as per naaptol advice, kindly replace expecting positive respose-Jagath kumar reddy.khammam. A.P (mobile 9052898425)
