I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I would like to inform you that i has purchased a mobile phone from Homeshop18 network by placing an order on 18601800918 through my cell phone number 09766319053, on 14-Dec. I got the product 1 week before and that day itself I has made a complaint about the phone that its volume increase or decrease button is not working and they told me that they will send some one who will solve my problem but no one comes till now then I asked them about money back guarantee but then also no solution they told me Phone will not be accepted I have to keep that phone with me. Today on 30-Dec I found some problems of automatic restart, Blue tooth not working, phone is not working, no battery back of at least 3 hrs stand by condition and some of the applications are not working so again I called at your call center then they assured me that they will provide me a free servicing, a launched my complaint gave me complaint number: "2740885" I talked with Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh for at least half an hour on your toll free number 18601800918 then also it takes RS.31 of my air tel balance, I simply ask him for help and he told to call at Bangalore but why should I call at Bangalore when I HAVE PAID THE MONEY IN NAGPUR itself. I must say if you are not going to help me out then I am going to claim you in CONSUMER FORUM I want My money back you take your product back as per you have mentioned in your tax invoice that "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS VALID PRODUCT RETURNED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE .NO RETURN POLICY AFTER 15 DAYS" it has been nearly 5 to 7 days from the day of delivery.
