Imedia Touchscreen Mobilephone
Poor voice quality&don't catch the signal

I bought Imedia touchscreen mobile 1 month ago. After getting it i checked there is no earphones, no leather cover with it which they promissed to give at the time of selling it on TV& when i've ordered it. After using it i found its voice quality is very poor & it don't even catch the signal. When i complaint they said they will send my earphones & cover within a weak But i don't get it till now and when i complaint again for voice quality they talked very rudely. The mobile is packed like before& i've kept it in drawer like a use less thing. I know u cant help me but then even i m writing to you.
