COMPLAINT AGAINST STARCJ

Hello All,

This is regarding the Inalsa Food Processer we ordered and we received in the Ist week of Nov. It was placed on the name of Raj Kumar.

Invoice number : 201110270407

Docket number : 81592308170133

When we opened it the cup of Big Jar was already broken. When we start the power button, no electric current came to the machine. When we called Star Cj on 10th of Nov first time for the complaint, they assured that the processer will be exchanged with in week.

Then we again called on 16th nov they again assurance of exchange in another 4-5 days. Again every week I called Star Cj, But till date the position is same.

Many times we have complained, But we have not received any help for replacement of the product yet.
