Cracking body

I bought inalsa maxie FP 13 months ago, after using it for 2 months, now i have opened it after 8-9 months. i can notice its body part cracking.the jar also have cracked from base (black) as if it had fallen down.the main body also has few crackes (from inside) in the area where the jar is fitted.the service centre pepole are saying that replacement chances are less & bcz the warranty has also expired i might have 2 bear the expenses.i belive it is due to poor quality of plastic used & company must replace it to keep up the image & believe of customer.the job no. is AR-C56.
