Silver Oval Stick Replacement against warranty period

I had purchased INALSA make premium hand blender on Dec with 2 year warranty period but after using that product its component ie. silver oval stick demaged and. which is under warranty peroid. I had given to its Service Centers at Prash Services, GF-3, Hiravanti chamber, opp. Arya kanya school, Vadodra :- 0265-2483918/16 before 2 months ago for replacement.

Now i am not happy from its service and i am facing problem to get replacement against demaged parts.

no one give propare reply every time un-useful reply product will come after 2 days.

kindly help me and resolve this issue...
