Physically damaged product delivered

Hi, This is Srishti. I ordered one Inalsa Sandwich maker from Letsbuy. But they delivered the damaged produst on 8-8-11. Their customer care no. is always busy. I had a word with Maushima regarding this and she said that 1ithin 48 hours someone will come and take the damaged product and deliver the new one after submitting the same to company. But till now i have no response from them. Dont know what is going to happen. These ppl makes fool of public. Never ever shop on internet.
