LG/ Air Conditioner 5 star
No Customer Service

I have purchased a 5 star AC in May and there was complaint from 1st day of installation. I registered a complaint on 20th May but no representative to attend till 03rd June. A reminder complaint was again made on 04th June but none of the representative has attended till date.

This is very irresponsible on part of LG India. Very poor service of LG.
