Non receipt of Payment

With reference to our letter and follow up with your department for the payment of our service of printer maintaince which of Rs.7130/- is not still received to us. The cheque which you have already sent to us wide cheque no.051307, bank-SBI- Patiala for Rs.7130 is still not received to us or it is lost in the transit somewhere.

In this connection we have contacting your Department. Mr. Kahan Singh, for the payment. He ask to send the document of Indemnity Bond and the letter from our bank (ICICI BANK) which we have send to the dept. which is acknowledge the same from you.

We would like to know the status of this cheque which we have given the service to you about a year back and all the document also submitted to you still we are able to get the payment or any reply from your side. In this matter how much time to take to get the cheque and whom should we would contact in the department for this.
