SIGMA WOODEN COOLERS
VERY BAD SERVICE

I have purchased two so called wooden coolers from Vikram Lalwani of Sigma Coolers Jaipur, one month ago. the persons and onwers of sigma wooden coolers are very bad in behaviour and customer service or respect. both coolers are not giving cool air and have leakage problem and the wooden body was also swallowed condition and fan is not working properly. we complains too much times but they have proudy attitude and not picking service center numbers and if pick than abuse over phone.

so, it is recommended to all the viewers of complaintsboard that DO NOT PURCHASE WOODEN COOLER FROM SIGMA COOLER JAIPUR.

the price of cooler are very high like 8500-10000 rs. and having life of two[2] years. they dont have after sales service.

and repair cost very high like pads costs Rs.750 and one time visit{if they do} is of 300 Rs.

so, friends beware about badness of Wooden Coolers.
