I have been trying to contact the customer care ppl since a week. My calling plans have changed on their own and information regarding the recharge to set it back to normal, is not adequate. The last time i spoke to the supervisor - nilesh and the complaint no. Is 1203318542 i was told the complaint wil b resolvd by 5th..today being the 12th..! N nowadays if u gt thru d executive u feel lucky!! V'v been airtel users since d start n so v want u guys to b better..so do sumthing if u want to save ur customers.
