AMC charges of Rs.882/- paid but no body turned up inspite of repeated reminders

This is to inform you that a complaint was booked for repair of my washing machine

model: WF 566107 TD sometime during the 3rd week of November. In response, the company deputed a person and attended the same on 21.11.2009. After attending to the problem, he advised us to enter into the AMC, for which I had paid Rs. 882/- towards AMC charges vide HLP No. JJ 32093 dated 21.11.2009 (copy enclosed). As there was no water supply on the day of repair, it could not be tested. However, on the following day, the machine continued to pose the same problem. Again a complaint was booked, but nobody turned up. Thereafter, over a half a dozen calls were made to the company but nobody turned up till date.

The above casual attitude is not expected from a company like L.G. This has caused me serious inconvenience besides financial loss. I bring this matter to your notice for a response before I decide further course of action in the matter.
