Payment collection departmnet unnnecessary harrasing for anothers mobile bill

Airtel collection center is unnecesaarily harrasing me by calling on my number to reach to a person whio has not paid bills and calling me again and again that where is the person I am not realtive of that person that i am being unnecessarily harrassed and given threats that you will be called again and again as that person use to call me many times.what the hell is this??? Is this a police department and what kind of menace is this??? Where should I go to complaint aginst this harassing???
