Conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid

Hello,

I am using my postpaid connection bearing mob no 9742655538 form last one year and now a days i am finding prepaid is much more better than Postpaid.

and i thought of converting form Postpaid to prepaid. I had been to Vodafone outlet alomost three to four times and called n number of times to Vodafone customer care nuber, written n number of mails to customer care but till today I am getting only one answer " WE ARE VERY HAPPY TO HELP YOU' (which is unfortunately not matching with the way they are working) and allways they say Sir, we are working on the same issue we will intimate to you once we done.

My question is, when it is possible to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid why postpaid to prepaid is not possible.

Now in the last call Customer care xecutive said, sir may be in one month we will do it.

Now i will wait for another month and if Migration is not done i will use to maximum extent and throw the SIM without paying even single paisa. than i will see what they can do for me.

Dear friends,

only sollution we can do for these type of service providers is, use the service to the maximum extent untill they disconnect and go for other service provider whichh you like.

because we have n number of choices in telecom sector.
