Intex (Mobile 4455)
Intex cheated the customers

Hi,

Still now I didnot get my headset back for intex mobile (model IN 4455). The problem is that My Headset worked fine for 15 days after that I sent it to Intex service centre, pune because of some problem in head set. Now it has been more than 1 month (more than i used), I didnot get headset also I am not getting any calls from service centre that how many days more they need to give me new headset. I have to call always. I think I have spent more money in calling them and getting my status of headphone rather than purchasing new headset. Always they inform me they need 2 days more to return headset to me. I cannot understand the problem now. If they took six months like this then my warantee period will be over and i will not get headset. Now I fear for that. Atleast they should call me and inform me if there is any delay. I have contacted with Pune Area Service Manager 15 days before. But I didnot get any benefit from that.

Either Intex company or its employee cheated me.

How can I get headset for my mobile as soon as possible. otherwise is there any way that Intex will refund my money?
