AIR CONDITION
AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Hello,

My self Gautam Mehta I had purchased your SAMSUNG AIR CONDITION on my firm name Amrut Telecom on 11th July (Bill No. 1611) but on that time AC was not working than again I received new AC on 16th July.

After 5 month its start to create problem like Water falling, (From AC not from compression) cooling not happing.

I have complained on 180011001100 for the same but I am not getting any type of solution, after complain two time you person has been visited but problems are same as there.

Complain details are blow

Purchase Date :- 11th July

Bill Number :- 1611

1ST Complain Date :- 8th October

2ND Complain Date :-19th April

3RD Complain Date :-2nd June

4TH Complain Date :-9th June

And I many time talk to Mr. Amit (9879200291) he is sitting BHUJ but not getting any type of solution.

The AC has installed on the working place and because of water fall we are not able to work there, Now I am so tide and feeling I did very big mistake to Purchase SMASUNG AC because of I am wasting my time and energy as well.

So its request you to please solve my problem other wise I should take some necessary action and the big main think is in next month my warranty will be expire so what ever you to do but Replace it ASAP.
