I have visited Sandhya Flames for the gas cylinder last month (12/01). I booked the cylinder on 13/1. Booking number is 117. Today, I demanded them for a cylinder and they told me that i will get the cylinder only after 1 week. For me, One cylinder is for 25 days. From the gas agency and my house, the distance is only 1 1/2 km. I need a simple answer, how long will it take for the delivery? I have to wait at home every day for them. I can't move anywhere because of them. If I am not available at home, they will take the cylinder back and they won't deliver the cylinder for the next time. For that reason, we are taking the cylinder from the gas agency directly if they delivery is a free service within 5 kms. This is making inconvenience for me. Please take the necessary actions.
