Non cooling of the refrigirato

I Mrs Komal Lakhani a regular consumer of videocon products is really very very dissatisfied with my current purchase of videocon refrigerator which is nothing less than a scrap product sent to us by the company. It has really caused lot of chaos in the daily chores and is of no use. This is the fourth complaint logged by us in last 6 months but all in vain. I as a consumer is extremely dissatisfied with your product. It is just acting pathetically. I also cant understand what is the use of a refrigerator without its cooling?

I am really loosing my cool now by using such kind of a product and also i am not yielding any positive service results out of my investment.

I request you to please examine the product or please replace it if possible.

I would expect a positive outcome from the company's side as soon as possible.
